Basic types of gears
Gears are classified by the position of the axes of the meshing elements:
Spur gears – with parallel axes of rotation; in our production we mostly use straight-toothed gears for pumping fluids.
Helical gears – preferred for transmitting power between parallel shafts.
Bevel gears – used where the axes of rotation intersect; straight bevel gears dominate our production.
Worm gears – belong to the hyperboloid gear pairs; we make them for specific requirements.
Shape and manufacturing
The basic shape of a gear depends on the type of gear pair, while the tooth profile depends on kinematic conditions and the required strength. The toothing consists of the tooth flanks (which mesh), as well as the tip, root and face surfaces, which are machined according to the application.
Special solutions
Pobjeda Tešanj also produces special tooth forms, such as crowned teeth, which significantly reduce the noise of gear pairs in operation. The result is quieter, more reliable and longer-lasting performance.
Versatile application
We produce spur, helical, bevel and worm gears tailored to different needs and operating conditions.
Precision manufacturing
Tooth profiles and surfaces are machined to the strictest standards, ensuring accurate transmission.
High strength
Our gears are designed to withstand heavy loads and remain fully functional over a long service life.
Reduced operating noise
Special tooth forms (crowning) reduce noise and vibration, increasing comfort and operational safety.
