The Pobjeda d.d. Tešanj foundry specialises in grey and ductile iron castings weighing from 0.5 to 300 kg. Production combines machine and hand moulding, supported by a modern tool shop and machining that allow us to make wooden, plastic and metal patterns as well as moulding tools and gating systems.
Besides automotive castings, the range includes manhole covers with frames, drainage gratings, pellet stove burners and special castings made to customer drawings and requirements.
An important part of production is core making with the CO₂ and Croning (shell) processes, which allows complex castings to be produced with a high degree of precision and flexibility.
The quality of every casting is verified in our own laboratory, equipped with modern instruments for testing chemical composition and mechanical properties. Quality control is carried out at every stage of production, ensuring product reliability, consistent quality and compliance with customer requirements.
